Meet Tom

Hi, I’m Tom. I developed my love for health and fitness later on in life, initially I wasn’t interested in strength and conditioning, then I began to play competitive rugby and noticed how I enjoyed the game more, the fitter I became. From there I fell in love with fitness. I continued to develop this passion by training for and successfully becoming an Army Commando. It was during my 8 year career I also found a passion for coaching others, and so I became a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach.

Since becoming a Coach I have dedicated my time to learning how to effectively educate and train my clients to reach their goals and enjoy a life without limitation.

Our Approach

At RPT, we take pride in our personalised approach to training for both in-person and online coaching clients.

We start by conducting a movement screening and comprehensive assessment, which allows us to understand your current level of fitness and capabilities fully. Additionally, we go through a lifestyle questionnaire to gain valuable insights into your daily habits and preferences. Armed with this information, we develop a tailored plan for the initial phase of your training journey.

Our focus is on building strength as a foundation and mastering excellent technique, laying the groundwork for achieving your unique fitness goals. With a dedicated commitment to your progress and well-being, we will guide you towards a path of success.

Our approach is to develop longevity of training and performance through strength training. We utilise systems of training that incorporate strength training, functional bodybuilding and conditioning work to make you the strong, fit and capable. Education is also a high priority for us, we want to pass our knowledge to clients as it only improves their success. We want to give you the tools to take ownership of your training, nutrition and recovery, so that you can thrive.
