In-Person Training
Whatever your goal we have a specialised training program and approach to help you achieve it!
Each block of training runs for 4 weeks and is bespoke to you.
How it works
Session 1: This initial session is conducted in-person and includes a comprehensive goal setting session and movement screen. The aim at the end of this session is to build an entirely bespoke training plan for you!
Including specific movements, training sessions and aerobic conditioning that will help you reach your goals.
The Training Block:
This will be a 4 week block of training that you have access to via our convenient app. We will then meet in person for your chosen number of sessions.
We will remain in close communications over this period to ensure that you are comfortable and progressing towards your goals.
Cost:
Coaching*: $50/week
In - Person Sessions: $85/session
*Coaching costs include program, and premium online coaching outside of in-person sessions. In-person sessions will be added on top of this in line with your goals and budget.

Lift and Learn
A comprehensive 12 week program which is aimed at teaching the fundamentals of training, so you can move well, build confidence and achieve your goals. Each 4 week training block consists of personal training sessions and weekly educational material. This ensures you learn the skills you need to progress.

Online Coaching
We have revolutionised how Online Coaching works.
We don’t just give you a templated program and send you on your way. Our online coaching model is designed to be as close to our in-person model as possible. This is to get you the best results from your training.
How it works
After an initial consultation and questionnaire we will have an call to get a better understanding of your needs and goals.
We will also ask you to send us a video of yourself completing our movement screening.
Once we have all this information we will build a program that’s bespoke to you. This is then delivered via the Kahunas app. From here you can communicate with your coach, access your training program, and submit training videos.
We ask that all users of our Online Coaching submit training videos for feedback after each session. Once submitted your coach will return their feedback by way of video analysis within 24 hours.
At the end of each block we will book a call with you to go over the previous block and also to discuss the next one.
You will have access to your coach throughout your training and weekly check-ins will allow us to appropriately alter your training and give you the accountability you need to succeed.
