Join the Strength Club – Train Smarter, Get Stronger

Our 6-week small group training program is designed to help you build real strength, improve technique, and stay accountable—without the guesswork. Train twice per week in small group PT following a structured program under guidance of an expert strength coach. This allows you to make progress, build confidence and thrive in an environment of like minded people. You'll get access to a training app, with optional additional strength sessions and a complienting cardio/conditioning challenge to push your limits. Plus, join our weekend run club to build endurance, socialise and grab a coffee. By joining The Strength Club you'll have the support, structure, and community to level up your strength and fitness. Our approach is to develop longevity of training and performance through strength training. We utilise systems of training that incorporate strength training, functional bodybuilding and conditioning work to make you the strongest, fittest and healthiest version of yourself. Education is a high priority for us, we want to pass our knowledge to clients as it only improves their success. We want to give you the tools to take ownership of your training, nutrition and recovery so that you can live a life without limitation.
